Checklist for Refund

  • A minimum partial payment of 30% of the total order amount is required at the time of booking.
  • Customers have the option to pay up to 100% of the total order amount during booking.
  • The 30% minimum partial payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds for amounts exceeding the 30% minimum will be processed as follows:
    • A partial refund may be issued based on management’s discretion, depending on the nature of the cancellation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe mentioned during booking. Customers can cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled booking time.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method with in 6-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original PhonePe account used for the transaction.

Non-refundable Services

Certain services or products may be non-refundable or non-cancellable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
